Just beat my first gym leader. 8D Used my starter pokémon against his, then my pan against his pan. Never had to heal, woo.

I’m sure it will get harder from here on. <_< /celebrates victory in the meantime

Just gave in and bought Pokémon White. Waiting for my DS Lite to charge fully then will launch into the game.
